I installed the app. and entered all my info including the security questions. When I entered my emergency contact info the screen went blank and thats as far as I could go. Each time I open it the screen is blank.

Brand new user, cannot login at all. Did the password reset twice, and still says it's incorrect when it isn't. Waste of time until they fix this. I can't even review the app's functionality because it won't let me in!

Can't give it zero stars. The password reset is broken. Doesn't let me log in with my new password. This app is useless

Registration is a pain on a small device. App crashed after 18m of typing on my phone and lost all entry. Design needs to allow registration with additional info on first login. A web enabled entry would be better for much of the data.

App keeps telling me failed to send email when trying to reset password. Been doing this for almost a month.

Worked great up until about a week ago. Now can't access app. Gives a message that an error occurred. Have tried changing password, etc with no luck. Now I have to call the home medical place which is a pain.
