Many many times I've gone to buy a ticket and it simply wouldn't let me either because it wouldn't save or add my payment method, or the button to buy tickets have just disappeared, the recently purchased ticket option is a joke because it changes all 5 of them to the very last ticket you bought, its alright when it works but you never go a few days without something happening

I was in a hurry and needed an all day ticket but the app said I needed to download the new app. I selected 'later' and the current app started glitching and wouldn't let me buy anything but it's before the cut off date. I can't download the new app anywhere as it's not on the app store for some reason, I have to wait til whenever 'later' is to get the instructions. I don't understand why they can't hire a decent app developer, this isn't the countryside!

Update the update so i can purchase a blasted bus ticket! It's not the 1st june just yet so why have it so it don't work? !! What's with the messege to install a new bus app when it gives no indication about what to do!!

I always have problems with this app. Im in a rush right now to buy a ticket and it wont let me buy as ticket screen keeps refreshing. I clearly havebinternet as Im writing this.

Possibly the worst app in history of apps. Spent 30 mins trying to access my app to open my bus ticket but was stuck on the loading screen. Then bus told me there was a new app...oh awesome thanks for advertising that! Fire all your developer's and pay some professionals to make it for you. Your app is a joke.

I uninstalled the app as I could not buy a ticket. Installed the app again and the same problem. The tickets window doesn't open!

Use the Brighton & Hove: Buses app to plan your next journey and buy cheap bus tickets. Designed to make bus travel easier, it will work out how to get to your destination, show you where the nearest bus stop is and the departure time of the next bus. You can buy and store your bus tickets in the app or use them straight away.

Main features:

- Smart journey planning – Add your start and end points, it will work from postcodes, bus stop names or place names and return the best route. Or it can detect where you are and plan from there, providing you with live arrival times.
- Buy cheap bus tickets – Purchase bus tickets with ease and choose how you want to pay.
- Live directions – The map will default to your current location or you can set it to show any starting point. Know how long you need to walk to your bus stop. Get step by step directions with live guidance as you travel on the map. View the arrival time of your bus and see buses moving along the route.
- Live bus times – Use your location or tap on a bus stop on the map and see the next bus arrival time.
