Always have to login after a few days. Ordering Uber when premium is poorly designed and is not accurate at all. It's always 2 hours later than you need. The overall experience is very poor. This needs a lot of QA done. Try using it and try booking a round trip with Uber rides. I have checked luggage but the Uber they order leaves before luggage is even out. The devs need to try out the app as a actual user. Please add biometric login, that would solve the annoying losing my account issues

Fall asleep and pass your stop? Pay to go back the other way. Was your train late? No credit for you. 'Late' for a train that hasn't arrived to the station? Too bad, boarding that hasn't started is closed. Want to set and forget your password? Better not cause you will be periodically logged out. Want to turn off the renewal of your passes? Better have access to a web browser cause the app doesn't allow that. Don't forget to read the 'fine print' on the commuter pass.

Abysmal and unusable, when I try to book the ticket I spent 30 minutes of the app saying my order is in cart then it just dissapears so I realized it doesn't allow booking one way trips, only round trips. Then when trying to pay with credit there's no confirmation button so you can't pay. Then when I finally got it to work after 30 minutes when I go to be checked by the conductor he can't find my ticket because it dissapeared after I scanned it.

Installed app after seeing Brightline ad, thought how cool to have high speed rail service at one's fingertips. Issues began upon signing up. First, passcode too long; no log in. Second, changed code to be more with what they wanted; still no dice. Then had text verification code sent & never showed so had them send 3,4 more times, no success. Logged out, logged back in & had them send verification code several more times; no success. Finally with disgust, I uninstalled app. Zero star rating!

Impossible to book a trip using this app. Every time I click to choose a train time it instead sends me to another page that explains amenities or I get a pop up that asked me if I want to copy & paste. What's supposed to happen is the time that you pick is supposed to change the whole box bright yellow, but I can't get that to happen.

The app is very glitchy and the tickets only scan successfully sometimes. Brightline is also being ridiculous for raising the "smart" ticket price from $15 to $22. And the 8:48 train I was hoping to catch does not even appear on the list of options. It skipped a whole route. Not a very dependable transportation service if you ask me.
