App will not log in. Provides an error message to call the help desk, but they are unable to identify an issue.

Everytime i try to request care it says it needs more info for the care recipient i check my profile all the info needed is there when i log into the site on the internet as soon as i hit request care it logs me out saying my session has expired i log back in it does the samething cant request care on the app or the website

Appreciate the service but the app line of sucks. Whenever I try and request care, it errors, saying to fill out the care recipient's profile. In the app, it's all filled out. I can also request backup care on the site, just not the app. I mainly use it to manage/ check if the request went through.

Biometric login completely broken. Every time you try to use it, it just spins and spins. Then you have to login with your UN and PW. Worse, you don't get notifications unless you've logged into the app in the last 10-15 minutes so you have no way of knowing updates to your request unless you keep logging in

The app now loads and I was able to log-in with the two-factor authorization working as expected.

Super buggy app. I requested care and it confirmed but never follow through. I logged back into the app (which in and of itself is a very difficult task because it keeps either forgetting the biometric sign in or I get a message saying that some error has occurred just because I tried to log on with username and password) and there was no mention of the request I placed anywhere.
