I did realize you could not order takeout without the app and after I spent the 15 minutes downloading the app and 5 more minutes placing my order. I was informed that it would be another 25 minutes till my order came out. Might be convenient for the second time but until then I just have enough app taking up space on my phone. Nice job brewdog.

No food modifications allowed. I can't order a simple pepperoni pizza like I do at the restaurant because it isnt a standard menu item. No pickles on your burger? Not even possible. The worst part is the restaurant won't take a carryout order by phone. They literally force you to use the app.
