Good app but a few issues. Once tried to use click and collect in Edinburgh and it kept defaulting to Perth which could have caused me a lot of hassle and expense of I hadn't spotted it. In the end I had to call up. When I tried using Google Pay it claimed another app was blocking it - in the end I scanned my card again and then it worked. Otherwise a convenient and easy to use app but needs some work.

Not very accessible. Action messages flash up for a second, so no indication if registering or adding a voucher has been successful. Font tiny and hard to read. No filtering available. Having to click in and out of different menu sections is a pain when ordering different bits or for multiple people.

Really bad design, doesn't use Google Pay, has bad wording such as "charge card" that can easily be read as "change card". The QR code on the table is useless. There is no option to register for an account in app. Location finder may as well be on Mars. No option to have tasters for beers, creates a bad experience, so doesn't encourage trying beers.

Doesn't match what is being served. Refunds can't be processed. Discount codes lose EFP discount. Dosent seem to know where you are, i.e. shows venues in alpha order rather than distance. On the plus side loads of room for improvement.

Great venues, great business, great food and drink.... However, I have to scroll alphabetically through every brewdog venue to find the one I'm currently sat in. If it has GPS tracking, simply ask if I'm at this venue or give the option to choose a favourite

App is now matching the beer menus and untapp'd, if something is out staff are quick to tell you and either offer something else or a refund. Pros - it's very clear consice and easy to use. Brewdog EFP* (and other) discounts applies.
