I love that the food has descriptions as this makes it easier to order new types of food. Unfortunately the app is not very user friendly. For instance, I searched for "sushi" and the app came back with no results (and a massive icon of a shop for some reason). I try to filter by sea food, but that is not an option. Scrolling through the list of restaurants show restaurants that have the word "sushi" in the name, others with "sushi" as a bulleted description. The UI is very rough. There are large ads inside the app, for the app. You get notifications about promo codes, but I am not sure if I have to remember/write down the code, or if it will automatically be applied. There is a filter option, but it is not alphabetical, so very difficult to find anything to filter by. And there is a filter option of "other". What does that mean? How is "Pharmacy" a dietary requirement? Tapping the "Tap to order liquor" just opens up the standard list of restaurants. Finally, the app is slow. I will try the app again in a year or so to see if it improved.

Had my order accepted, then it got cancelled a few minutes later. This happened twice at 2 different restaurants in one evening. Give me bread then called me and said they will arrange alternative but similar food as their app is broken and showed incorrect information regarding the opening status of the restaurants. I specifically ordered a meal with no meat, but what I finally received had meat in it.

My wife and I both have this app. We used it a few times successfully, but the last two times we used it the deliveries came considerably later than it said they would arrive. Since the app doesn't keep you updated on things, you're just waiting with no idea what's happening. On one occasion (a Saturday afternoon), it seemed like it wasn't assigned to a driver for well over an hour. When the driver arrived at the restaurant, the restaurant had actually remade our order, because it got cold.

Wouldn't recommend, they have issues with the GPS system. Since we started using GMB, they loaded a weird address on our account. We have never been to this address. Drivers always go there, which delays delivery of the food which is often lukewarm or cold. The driver's say its a known issue which they struggle with. We would like to support this alternative to Uber eats, but we will have to think twice until they fix this problem.

Cant view the content properly and had loads of trouble storing details. Eventually the order lost my time and defaulted to midday instead of 5pm and that's when my food turned up. Then one of our mains was left off with handwritten note about a credit, they never came. I followed up but still waiting....
