Clunky user interface didn't inspire a lot of confidence that a cab will actually be therw when booked. To be fair i do see plenty of good reviews but when minimizing the app makes it totally forget what screen i was on and i have to restart the whole booking I just find it difficult to trust that a Braxi will actually arrive, or that the card details are stored securely.

Great app, went to Bristol for new year and exclusively used this app for transport and I have to say it was perfect, drivers were great and very responsive to any questions or issues.
