Service is pretty good but the app is too slow. It takes so much time to open, then when searching for the ride again it takes like 6, 7 minutes sometimes more. When at the same time uber or cream takes a minute or two and the ride is booked. Do something to improve the app please.

The cab service is not available in H-12 between 2-6 pm like always, everyday. Whenever, I try to book a ride between this time slot either the drivers keep cancelling or rides are not available. I wonder why is this so, you must look into it! It causes great inconvenience.

Whenever I tried only once I got ride. All times either (mostly) didn't get a ride or the cab is toooooo far. Now, from last week whenever I tried, it ask me to fill registration again, then after cancellation and on second try it works, but not getting anyyyyyy ride

My experience is not good with this app as i ask for cab and a driver came with taxi he was using absuive language ... If you are hiring taxi drivers why should we use this app we can get taxi easily....i m not using it anymore ...i have shared it with so many people but i will ask them stop using it .drivers are unprofessional .. Drivers must be professional and good...fare is not a big deal i want to use it for my own country but i have seen that china's app uber is working better than this

Good app but needs improvements in maps route, map zoom in and out stability, live traffic view and booking a one more ride during on going a ride. Sometimes needs multiple rides. Chat section in app should he available.

I used this app once . Service was good and fares are sooo good and reasonable but app has many glitches . Is is stuck and asking to turn location on while its on . I just find very difficulties using this ap now
