A pior experiência de aplicativo da minha vida. Não há um ponto positivo. O nova versão é lenta e completamente desfuncional. É visível que o time que desenvolveu não usa o aplicativo.

Excelente! Consigo monitorar o tempo que o ônibus leva até passar no ponto que costumo pegar. Assim não perco o ônibus nem fico mofando no ponto esperando por ele. Mas a coisa mais importante pra mim no fato de adotar o uso do MOOV foi a tranquilidade de poder utilizar o transporte sem o pânico de ser assaltado!

A ideia é boa mas o aplicativo é bem ruim de usar. Com bugs e crashes. Muitas vezes não consigo saber se o ônibus já saiu ou não. E na hora de validar o passe com o motorista o tablet dele é lento e pouco eficiente.
