Every time you try to use gifts and coupons, you face complications or cancellations, especially with hotel stays. I have tried multiple times to use hotel stays vouchers, but the requests were always rejected, whether during the week or on weekends. I didn't benefit from it at all... I don't recommend subscribing to it.

The worst worst worst application and services, they gave useless vouchers that can't be used as you need to book before months to redeem the voucher. The rates are very expensive compare to other such service provider You can't find availability and the application choosing for you where to stay Awful application, bad services, it's scam. I couldn't refund my money, I couldn't use the vouchers and I couldn't use any discounts due to non-availbility

It's well priced product but with Minor issues....But if you are a fair person and do the math correctty ....it's a winning bargain.I can tell you my experience based on over 3 years a a custom with elite. The product as well priced.

You have to submit an application everytime you want to book anything. And usually gets rejected. Hotels available are very bad. They sell you on JA resorts but then you can't book them. Don't waste your money.
