Absolutely useless. I paid for a year membership based on fake promises. Hotels could be pulled off the app at any moment. Only those hotels that you never want to stay at will remain. Process is lengthy and inconvenient. Take a picture of the bill and upload it, etc... I will no way renew this or recommend it to anyone.

I bought the membership in December last year. The app used to work on my Android One phone and since many months it isn't working. Due to this reason, I'm not even able to use the membership discounts. How?? When the app is always stuck on the home page!?!! I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same problem.

after 3 years as a member, i can recomend elite membership to everyone. it have great value comparing to the yearly susbscription i pay and every year it gets even better with more hotels and restaurabta joining. i also like how they keep uodating the app and the technology they use. bravo and keep it up...
