Great app to know how many steps to expect at a given station!

Does it not tell you how to get from the ticket hall to the platform when you start the journey? It does say how many steps etc if you're getting off the train but what about getting on? It only shows steps/no steps to the ticket hall. That's not quite what I was expecting. Sorry good idea but not quite useful as I would have liked it to be. Won't be using it. Tfl journey planner is more useful. Sorry... :-(
