Truly infuriating and buggy app that wasted so much of my time. Many problems with it that are so basic. Thoughtless design and obviously no upkeep. First, bug didn’t allow any figures in "Height" field for ski rentals and prevented completing rental! Also, with any change you lose all information so have to start all over! Then impossible to change number of items in Cart. I have wasted so much time with this buggy app on first use! Please fix it!

Can't login to my profile, says user doesn't exist but I can login via the website. Clicked on lessons but doesn't show downhill, also just redirects to the website. Can't create a profile, says there's an error "this time try again later". 2 stars just because I can check out the trail maps but I'd like to use the app to reload my card.

App is not really useful. If you're looking to buy ticket, you have to login every time, and thr UI isn't too great. Also, was hoping to see a simple way to reload my RFID but didn't.

This app is a mess & pointless if you already have a season pass. Hoped to link my pass to the app, instead couldn't find anywhere to do so & froze/crashed while entering the personal info (for the 2nd time). Confusing to navigate the app as it seems mostly just for purchasing (most sections of the app will take you there even if not intended). The maps are a joke as nothing more than scanned copies that won't zoom out to see the mountain. 2 stars as it is still not as bad as the Grouse app.

This app is great for info, maps buying tickets and pretty much everything you would need. Having an emergency button is comforting too even if I've never needed it yet. Only problem is I have to force close the app every time, no other way to close it. Also nobody answers the phone number listed or answers your voice-mail or emails. My girlfriend (who bought a pass for me put it in her name) and I both called and emailed for 3 weeks with no answer before I drove up for the second time to fix it

Crappy weather forecast. Never states the expected rain or wind speed/direction. Changed to 1 star. Opening the Webcams shuts down the app...useless.
