After update very slow and freeze, hav to repeatedly close open many times to keep it running. it used to be very responsive and joy to use. Also wish i could play the downloaded videos in VLC ( to enable subtitles). I selected download to public file but still not able to locate it. Almost perfect if this is made available . Thanks *Update, seems to be working fine now 👍 I had tried quite a number of other video downloaders but this is the ONLY one that really works. Thanks! Appreciated 🙏👍

It's actually a great downloader . You can download videos from any website you like with this app . But this app was far better when it named boxvideodownloader . Currently with this you can't stop redirecting to spam websites while visiting a site and you can't go back to the main site after redirected. This is a big problem. Another major problem appeared recently you can't make private downloads public and can't watch them outside the app or share it .

It downloads immediately an fast, one issue though is bought the one time premium payment, says all premium features are unlocked, keepbein notified sayin need to update payment method even though payed already please fix, am sending receipt by email.again one week I'm premium the next I'm not, did onetime payment try to restore say not premium what's the deal much like it's sync option doesn't ever seem to work , don't get subscription, it'll call u a liar an keep making u repay

I have set the download location to public folder.. but some files downloaded are saved somewhere else .. i cant even find the files to copy.. used to be a good app.. but now im so disappointed

If you can't come up with a buck ninety-nine once a month for a premium subscription, stop griping about ads in the free version. . And those who opted for private folder and can't move the vids, just download the videos again, but use public folder. For myself I rather enjoy the app for the most part. The only issue I have is video that somehow downloads in some m3u8 file, or a folder tilted "index". Neither will play. Is there a solution?
