First of all, whoever made and tested this app must have been born in the 2000's. They don't know how long it takes to manually scroll to the 1970s month by month. Made pet pawfiles for my 5 cats. Days later, I changed the picture of 1 cat and after saving it, the other 4 cat profiles disappeared. I am not going to go through the hassle of creating profiles again. I used the app's messaging feature and asked a question. It's been days and no response. I don't think anybody monitors it.

useless except for the qr code. registration with your bday was a pain- had to scroll back manually til my birthdate! didnt anyone test this for basic ux? pet food advisor yielded zerro results for all combos that i tried for adult dogs.
