This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing My Haven Experience on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Awful. Let's you see your booking. I was able to book a table for the day we arrive and have reviewed a confirmation email but now you cant see that booking in the app. I cant book anymore as it says 'something went wrong with the network's. It didnt allow me to download the site map either. App needs links checking because this is really poor considering they expect you to use this to book tables and activities

I've been trying to use the app for a couple of weeks now to book a table for the entertantment. But I've not been unable to book anything and now it is showing everything is booked except on Thursday. But for some reason it still won't let us book it. So it now looks like we won't be able to go to see any of the entertainment which we paid for. So already a dampener on our holiday before its even started.

App is only useful for viewing booking number. None of the links work to download site map (the app even tells you to download the site map!). Tells you location of holiday home but again, can't actually see it. Can't book activities through the app or see what activities you have booked once they are booked. Overall pretty useless.

Personally, I don't want to use an app for anything but as we now "have to" I uploaded it. Ok at first then today it tells me that it's out of date. Trying to upload new version and it doesn't work. Read other reviews and nobody seems to be concerned. This is very important to us holiday makers and we are being told we need it so get it up and running quickly please. One very peed off holiday maker. I wouldn't give it one Star only I couldn't post this review without one.

Can't access the app, keeps saying it needs updating yet doesn't actually let you update, no point anyway cause you can't book anything as every slot has gone! Paid for useless passes! Says it needs updating again so let's hope it works when we arrive or we won't be able to check in! Oh are don't expect to be able to do anything on your first day! Check in for us is 7pm 😡

Download app, click on, requires update - click update, takes me to app store where no update is available. Before the app required update, it didn't show all the details of my booking such as booked activities and reservations, that is online. Only showed check in time. Despite being day before the holiday, late afternoon, we still wasn't told whereabouts we were staying on site.

Welcome to the My Haven app, the companion app for your Haven holiday!

If you are staying with Haven, this app will enable contactless arrival to your holiday home. Watch out for the email you’ll receive just before your holiday inviting you to register your arrival. Telling us how you plan to get to the park will speed up your check-in on the day, enabling you to get on with enjoying your holiday!

You'll also be able to use this app to book a table at your favourite restaurants on park, or order delivery and click and collect to enjoy in your holiday home.
