Broken English and hard to understand instructions make this app hard to use. I haven't noticed any of the weird picture downloads that are noted, yet. There's definitely a lag when adjusting the camera. Overlapping text and hard to understand instructions make it nearly impossible to set up motion detection. The Apple version of the app is better, but not by much. It's almost a deal breaker for this security unit and I'm considering returning it.

3 star for the camera. 0 star for the app. I am trying to setup for it toe send alert from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00a.m. but ot keeps telling me the end time has to be greater than the start. Change that. Update..trying to add another camera but the app crashes when trying to add. You guys need to update the program.

This app repeatedly adds 667 photos and gifs of weird logos and what looks like part of their install directions to my photo gallery. As far as functionality, camera has a lag when adjusting view and with the sound, and microphone feature will only work every now and then

App is suddenly broken on iOS and Android. Will not list devices to add for set up. Started with not recognizing QR codes and leaving off manual input button. Now it's completely broken except for existing cam. No tech support.

Doesn't allow me to login.... I often have to click the sign-in repeatedly....idk why I just can't stay logged in
