Caveat Emptor Bosch sold this product with the slogan 'future proof' Since that time Bosch have failed to update their app software so users can use the app. Their advice; use a sub-standard view only third party app or use an old phone with an old software. The most annoying thing is that Bosch continue to Market and Sell these out of date devices. A real disappointment, not what was expected from a so called reputable German company SHAME ON YOU BOSCH NEVER WILL I BUY BOSCH AGAIN

Since the deprecation of menu support in Android 10, you can't get to the menu button to add new devices, etc. How about fixing this? There are still a lot of DVR 440/480 installations out there and people who are left behind are not very likely to upgrade to later Bosch products, if you get what I mean!

I have a series 400 dvr and I'm using a Samsung A50 phone. It doesn't seem to work at all???

The app needs to be updated. Well figure it out and update your app, this not expectable. 1☆ review until you figure this out. And if you dont I'll be upgrading my equipment to something better in all my locations, that fits my needs. Your response is lazy and unprofessional, I have several thousands of dollars invested into your equipment, and you tell me to use a 3rd party app cause you are not willing to fix what you have out now. Is totally embarrassing for your comapany.

Doesn't run on the latest Android build, Needs to be updated. Having the playback ability like with the desktop client should be included
