My Photo Phone Dialer work instantly once installed but you have to assign HD pictures to your contacts to avoid full screen blurry pictures. HD pictures must be assigned from the Full Screen Caller ID menu, not from the stock Android contact application.

HD Photo Caller Screen can edit contact details with set HD photo with preview, HD photo shows on incoming Call Image, HD photo shows on outgoing calls, Missed call alert, Text styles, Font size, Change colors of text, Different styles button for accept and decline button.
