this food delivery is very bad and it's to high delivery money

Support is abysmal. Useless chatbot giving automated responses that never address the issue. Takes hours to get escalated to human support, sometimes a FULL DAY. Delivery estimates are lies, once you place an order estimated at 20-30 mins it will immediately go to 1 hour. And then it will continue going up. Last order I made took 2:30hrs to deliver on an initial estimate of 20 minutes. And what's worse this is all with PAID BOLT PLUS ACCOUNT . 1 star until you fix it
