Fine enough app when it works. But, as it's built on LevelUp, it is utterly useless for in store payment for anyone on an Android 10 device. Pressure your vendor to step up and actually update their platform, as more users get Android 10, the less people will be able to pay and get rewarded for actual in-store orders. Really quite frustrating.

Stop changing my screen's brightness. I always use this app at night—dinner time. That means it is dark out when I use this app. That means it burns my eyes out whenever you turn the brightness to 100% upon launching this app. This occurs on iOS and Android. Stop burning my eyes out and I will update my review.

This has got to be the worst restaurant app in the Boston area.

The food tastes great however the app is persistently buggy. It crashes, the screen goes white, or the circle in the center of the screen spins without end. For example I cannot any more pay ahead for an order because the screen goes white whenever I try. When it does work it will be painfully slow or random lose my order while I am placing it.

Opened it up, added my credit card, tried to order a salad. Order was claiming that I had not chosen a type of tortilla... But I was trying to order a salad. Just wasn't sure it was getting my order right. That, plus the amount of times the app crashed on my way to make my order, made me sad the I trusted my credit card to this application. Immediately removed payment details and uninstalled. It's a shame the rewards program is tied to this app...
