Useless! App downloaded and set up several weeks ago. Today I'm unable to log in, and keep getting an Internet Connection Errore en though I am connected via wifi AND unlimited cellular data! I gave up and just decided to call the store and when I searched locations, it wasn't able to find any location near me at all even though it is 3 miles away. Google it and be done!

Used to work fine. Then a couple of weeks ago started to crash whenever I opened the pay/redeem window. Play store shows an update two days ago, but still crashes.

For me, this is a useless app. I frequent 2 different locations in Charlotte NC and neither have a working scanner. I complained to one store about it and the manager reluctantly came over and got it working. It was unplugged! Same thing at the other location. The next time I went, unplugged again. I've started going elsewhere for breakfast. What is the point of having a rewards scanner when none of your franchisees will support it? I suggest adding an alternate entry method from the receipt.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! Don't get me wrong, I LOVE BoJ!! The app, not so much. Locks up a lot, and many times the progress meter for rewards never updates. I visited different stores 4 times over 2 weeks, and not once did it capture my visit toward a reward. The last 2 times I have tried, the barcode never showed up on the screen. So sad. I won't quit BoJ, just the jacked up app. Please fix it!

I am trying to use my app for credit on my purchase(a reward) and everytime I go to the scan bar, the app stops working. Is this happening to everyone?
