Reward points does not exist in real life. It exists only on paper. No matter how many transactions you do, whatever type the merchant is, the points won't accrue. Now I realise how they grow their profits. I trust only HDFC for rewards. If they say specific categories are disqualified for accrual, they will post rewards except the mentioned category without even calling customer care.

Rewards are not getting update since 2019 and I have made complaint since 2019 and continuously I am making complaint but no response yet.

Very disappointed. After replacement of the debit card, no star points have been credited to my account since April 2020. Matter was taken up online with the grievance cell. On 15th September 2020, some points were credited to the account, details of which are not yet known. Thereafter, till date no points have been credited.

Good initiative. Loved to be a member to this BOI Star reward. The payments done thro Google pay as also Phonepe also to be accounted for this start reward.

Not updating points. BSNL recharge option is not given. Can not be redeemed to bank account.
