Useless if you created Google link account on website first. The app doesn't have google auth integration so you can't create an account because it's still tied to email. Huge online service account 101 miss. 1 star until I can even get an account without setting up a dummy email and have to reset it all back up if they ever fix it. Boo.

Works fine for me, no issues connecting wifi. No idea why so many people are complaining about the wifi not connecting. It took me less than 15 seconds to connect my Bobsweep Pethair vision to my wifi, which is about 20 feet from the router.

Useless ! Spent 3 days trying to connect to wifi. Went as far as even setting the router and phone on top of the vacuum. Never will connect. Will return the vacuum as well, since the app to control it does not work.

1. Setting up the Pethair Vision hardly works out of the box, I have no idea how this passed QA. 2. The toggle switches used for everything in the UI are very confusing and it's hard to know when starting out what is on or off. I thought my cleaning schedule was setup but it wasn't. 3. Looks like Bob forgets the room map every time he goes to vacuum? According to the app anyway... 4. No battery indicator?

Can't connect to wifi I try and try and try,try,try and no connection fix it please.

It won't connect to my wifi. Customer service had no solutions except to reboot my router, uninstall & reinstall the app, or try on another mobile device. Really, that's it?!? None of them worked. I guess I will be returning the vacuum since the only way to control it is through the app.
