The app is ok. There's no help or settings features. You can't add on things like cheese to eggs or onions to hashbrowns. It doesn't keep you updated on the delivery and you can't see the order you placed and what's going on with it. Not if my special instructions went through because they don't show it on my order. This app needs a lot of updates. Plus couldn't figure out how to add my offer to the online order.

THIS APP IS PURE EVIL This app uses an "auto reload" function, so instead of taking money out of your account every time you order, it takes out $25 and reloads that every time you go under $10 in your account which will be often. Thankfully, that can be turned off, but when you change it to instant charging and then go back to use what's left of the $25 on your Bob Evans account (WHICH THERES NO WAY TO CHECK HOW MUCH IS LEFT) IT CHARGES ANOTHER $25 AGAIN and now I'm stuck eating $50 worth of BE

Everything went great until I went to pay 😮. Instead of paying what I owe for this vist, I have to load money onto my "bob Evans account". When my balance goes below $10they charge my credit card another$25 to keep money on that account. So my order this morning was $26 which means I would have a $50 charge on my credit card. I don't want a $24 credit on my bob Evans account, I only eat there a few times a year. So ..... this app is a waste of time unless you eat there alot!

Last update was 6 months ago, the app is broken, and Bob Evans seems indifferent. Unbelievable. Can't log in, just create a new account. Menu never loads. Why even have an app if you could care less if it works?

I like the restaurant, but this app sucks! I eat there quite often and I used to get coupons for 3 or 4 dollars off in my email, but haven't had any in a while. You could put them in the app and make it worthwhile.

Would be great to use, *IF* I could use it...running a Samsung Note10+ fully updated and all I get is an INFINITE loading screen when trying to place an order. AWESOME. 🙄
