Best customer service team, I've dealt with for support for app and the products the app is used for. They are very kind and knowledgeable. If you have any problems they are super fast at resolving issues. Also they have a reward program that as you purchase cloud plans and products related to their app they have tiers you unlock. Those range from discounts to free cloud and free products. I've gotten most ,also the videos does have zoom feature not sure why some reviews say it doesn't.

Not bad overall. However, I would reeeally love the back arrow to actually "work in landscape"! I'm constantly having to turn my phone, Oyee it's a PIA. I would think most ppl view their videos in landscape, so what gives? Also, rec stops even when there's continuous motion in the room & my sound detect is off, yet still alerts me? Schedule's "extreeemely user UNfriendly! And, Y no access to zooming in on videos?! These few lil' tweeks would be SO extremely convenient! No widget, it disappeared!

If they ask you to rate their app and you say no they log you out in spite. it freezes when first turned on so if your looking to use it for a quick spy on your pet or kids out won't do. I tried subscribing to one of their packages on Google, but the app itself wouldn't reconise I did and customer service was not helpful. it works for what it is but would not buy a second.

It's pretty good and worth the money. Video quality, speaker volume and audio capture are all good. One complaint I have is if we set motion tracking on,it doesn't do a good job tracking the face of a person, which is expected. It goes on to focus person's hand or something held in hand.

Only using this app because I'm forced to for my 2 cameras. I have ZERO interest in subscribing to their cloud service, but unfortunately need to deal with huge banners and flashing ad icons anytime I load the app. Next update is probably going to make the banner take up half the screen, in case you couldn't see it and ignore it before. Edited 12/3/24: There is now an annoying 3 second Black Friday ad every single time the app is loaded. It's been active for almost 2 weeks now.

Junk. Have had 2 camera failures. The latest Dome Lite 2 will not connect to my router after it disconnected. It connects to my Xfinity Service at 2.4g and displays a strong signal within the Xfinity app under my equipment. The Blu Rams App will not connect and displays the camera can not connect to 5g service. This after an app upgrade. All my other 2.4g smart devices and new add-ons connect with no issue. Checked with Blurams customer service, and they are as usless as a bump on a pickle.
