Was fun for the first few rides but app just crashes every time you try and ride after the last update and they add what they call curfews to the bikes at 10pm but you can't start a ride at half 9 and then you see other people on them at like 11pm also there must be a minimum account value because it won't let you ride if you have less than £5 in your account so you have to add another £5 to the account to take a £2 ride while having £4 in your account. Don't waste your time.

Was going pretty well until one day decided that the scooter I'd just got onto was "outside the service area" and as a result started loudly beeping at me. Couldn't end the ride either, so whether I use it again depends on how support decides to handle the case, considering I'm apparently still on it and will be charged as such.

Brilliant scheme. Love using the scooters around town. Service and scheme is 5 star but app is 4 star as has a few bugs and occasionally crashes. However stability improvements seem to be released regularly

We tried 4 different sites with a friend in Cheltenham. All had low battery power and couldn't use. Waste of time and seems to be unreliable
