This app is incredibly limited. It's too simple on options, which makes it hard to effectively use! There's no way to use gift cards or discounts, yet the app is the only way to earn Rewards (vs website/phone). Also, when you're ordering, it's not obvious that pushing just one button from the cart places the order. You might expect a second screen with more payment options or questions, so it's easy to accidentally place an incomplete order. It needs updated to the current environment.

Focused too much on form over function. Ordering one by one on things and it takes you make to the made page. Doesn't except gift cards via app. And one point kicked me out to the website ordering? I enter my credit car for profile and at payment. So what was the point of all Of that?

The app requires you to keep it loaded with money, like a store credit, that automatically refills from your chosen account. It's an annoying extra step intended to cause customers to load in money for Blue to "hold" that doesn't require Blue to give the customer any product in return. I downloaded the app and was immediately charged 50$ to load the "Blue" account, then 34.15$ for my order, then 25$ to "refill" my Blue account - but all charged to my bank account. Highway Robbery.

Unable to place order using app, credit card was charged. Sent message via app support, no reply from them.

The only way I can get points is to order ahead?? So I get credit for the $100 I just spent in your restaurant? Great, no reason to go.
