PROS: Rates are cheap especially if you are driving on expressway, customer service is pretty good. CONS: really hard to get a car on weekend afternoon and evening. It having a subscription fee doesn't help with the unpredictable availability of cars. Recently having quite a bit of technical issues when unlocking cars at kiosks, you can be at the kiosk and it releases your car and someone else takes it, customer service can't do anything about it other than provide you with credits for next ride

I've been using BlueSG since the pandemic and have always recommended it as a sustainable way to commute. However over the past month there's been a bug where either an error turns up when trying to rent, or the rental icon (whereby you click to start or end a rental) is not displayed and hence being unable to either cancel the booking or end a rental. Apps are never perfect, but there should be no excuse for not responding to messages, or waiting 20min on the hotline with no response.

Have been using for almost a year without major issues, but after their system migration in Dec 2023 all sorts of issues popped up and they have yet to do any form of service recovery or fix the issues. On multiple occasions I have been unable to even rent a car to drive, and when I do get to drive, I can't end the trip and I get overcharged. They aren't even going to bother refunding your subscription fee. What a scam of a service. Do not use!

YOUR APP UPDATES ARE HORRIBLE. - Without my request or prior notification from bluesg.. you cancelled/expired my monthly subscription so I couldn't rent! - When I wanted to start a new subscription, it led me to an error 404 page. So I can't subscribe at all. - When I decided to try creating a new account (maybe it'll work somehow), your account registration page is still under construction... All this was a waste of 30+ mins standing next to the car.

My husband booked a lot at Changi Airport Carpark 2B. When we reached, all the lots had a bluesg car parked in them. Noone picked up our calls on the hotline. My husband had to drive to Tanah Merah because noone picked up our calls to assist. We put the trust in you that there ARE lots since we were able to book a parking lot. What CONFIDENCE would anyone have in you anymore? This isn't the first major issue we've experienced. Please don't bother operating until you've resolved your issues!!!!!!

Good when it works but there are too many bugs. Recently they announced that they were giving 1 month free due to the issues in dec 23 but this is not true for me. This "free" month caused a glitch in my app and now I am able to rent but not able to open the doors of the car as the membership has "expired". Customer service has yet to respond since a week ago.
