The app had a lot of steps in it just to get started. After trying MULTIPLE TIMES to put in my email and debit card i wanted to use. But I was patient and finally got going. My only other concern was, (1st) the scooter all of a sudden started moving very slow. And right as I was crossing the street. (2nd) I didn't have or I didn't see any way to turn off the scooter to show I was don't. And it actually OVER CHARGED ME! But, one email to explain and it was quickly fixed. Overall it was COOL!

It was hard for my friends because the app kept saying to get closer, even though we were all right inserting of our bikes 🙄 i seemed to be the only one without a problem, but its no fun when no one can ride a scooter with you. Unlike the Glide scooter app, it does have a pause button, which i really appreciate, but it also charges for no reason.... To this day, i do not know why it charged me $5 extra 😒🤦 petty

I really enjoyed the scooter but I seemed to have issues canceling my reservation through the app. After trying for 10 minutes, I called customer service and they were able to help me.

I used these in Waco, Texas this week. As far as we saw this was the only option for scooters. They weren't bad, however the sign up process for the app was ridiculous. It was pretty annoying to spend about 5 minutes filling out all required information and confirming an email address. Definitely not a good option if you're in a hurry. It also made me nervous that there was no prompt to take a photo of your scooter when you were finished to verify that you returned it in good condition

The app didn't work for me and kept saying there was a problem with one thing or another even though I know for a fact there wasn't.
