I cannot log into the app for the past few days (2/8/21). As of January 2021, the app still doesn't offer biometric login. Every time the app is updated, I have to manually log in again. Click Call button does not launch the phone call function, instead a message is displayed asking to call the number on the back of the card.

We switch from HP to BCBS recently and I have to say BCBS your app is way behind the curve. Your scan card option doesn't work, you login page can't see the text boxes to login, and why haven't you enabled fingerprint option to login faster? These are pretty basic code deployments that should be tested on all platforms and phone versions before you roll it out to an app store. Pick up the pace please!

This app can't get the basics right with logging in. You can't see what you type when attempting to login, no finger print login and no way to save login info. These things still haven't been addressed even though most of the reviews call out this. It's sad that the most important app needed is the worst to use.

This app is terrible. I can't even sign up for my account. I know I entered the correct info with my physical card being directly in front of me. Trying to scan the card immediately crashes the app. Despite my severe social anxiety I'd still rather call someone then deal with this nonsense. Not worth the trouble. Uninstalling.

Worst App ever!!! Doesn't load half of the time. Then when it does you have to do security question, email a code, go back to site enter code. No body wants to waste this much time to try and log in. Then try and navagate app searching for a MD, Optometrist, or whatever your searching for! Your better off searching yellow pages. Most people today don't know what the yellow pages book was. Exactly! Don't waste your time with app. It's worse then trying to call your insurance company!!!

Logging in and signing up is super buggy making it very frustrating. Also, it doesn't retain credentials so have to re-enter every time you open app. It's quite a waste of time at this point.
