This camera has been working great. It has clear picture and great sound. However since the last update I can no longer access my saved files. It just keeps saying it's retrieving the files. I use this to help assist with me watching my special needs child and if I can't go back to see what he was doing then it doesn't serve me any purpose

I finally found a good alarm clock with a 2way audio and great quality picture. However, goes offline many times during the day and I CANNOT see any of my saved playback video files that my clock recorded since the last update. This is very frustrating since I need this cam to help watch my elderly grandmother at her nursing home. Please help fix this situation!!

It always tune media sound very loudly when opened, no matter what you tuned before. I was listening music and opened it, earaches. Hate it!
