My only complaint is there is no way to ask for light or extra ice, drink temperature and on some drinks single origin espresso is not an option. The app is clean and incredibly easy to use. The order experience is really nice the way you order your drink then scroll through the food and other add ons, it's similar to an in store Cafe purchase experience.

Waste of time. I downloaded the app because I was too busy to wait while they did a slow pour. The app said I could pick up my coffee at 6:33. When I got there they hadn't even started my order. Uninstalling.

I have not been able to log back into this app in weeks. I have uninstalled and reinstalled a few times. Prior to that it was extremely slow and would freeze. Please improve your app

Need to create an account & save your credit card just to make a mobile order only for the "Place Order" button to be dead. Now, I can't delete my credit card info. Order in person or at other cafes that don't require an app or account to order online. Not worth the terrible experience.

Forces you to update every time they feel like tweaking the app, otherwise you can't order. Forces you to make an account to order. Signs you out every time it updates. Sometimes lags so badly that it will accidentally order the same thing twice (and charge you twice, of course).
