While the filter unit is great, this app does nothing. I'm logged in and have my address, but all I get is a spinning circle trying to get live data outside or from my unit. I also cannot control the unit via the app. Update: today's update seems to have fixed all this. I also now have historical data about what the filter is seeing all the way back to first starting it up. Thanks for fixing it.

Cannot control any of my 3 units from the app. Air quality information doesn't update to the app. And I have no idea when I am supposed to change my filters because this information doesn't seem correct in the app either. The only thing the app does correctly is show me that I have 3 air purifiers. I cannot get any info or control them through the app though

Overall app design is decent and it has most of the features one would want for a air purifier like remote control, scheduling, geofencing, and outdoor and indoor air quality history. It would be a 3 star app however there are 2 issues that bring it down for me. First is Google Home voice integration, it already works with Amazon so it can and should be done. Second issue is the indoor air quality history only records data when the phone app is open. Fix these and I'll add 2 stars.

This app is basically useless. The filters themselves are great. I would like to see the filter life percentage on the screen of the filter. The app connected fine but I cannot control the units via the app. I actually had to uninstall the app to gain control on the filter manually The app is just a marketing ploy, nothing more.

Over the years the device constantly fails to communicate data to the app, tons of reinstalls and following instructions only to break again later. I will not get another product. It's ridiculous to spend $600+ on a smart product that repeatedly fails to update data, and then needs to be "reinstalled", "re-connected", "reconfigured" and messed with for 20 minutes every 2 months.

App stopped working with all of my purifiers and won't communicate olor change settings via app. It's so hard to reconnect them too. Super frustrating how junky the app is. What other users are having issues with is not a user error it's an app error. DO NOT pay extra for an app enabled device from them. Good purifiers except for their garbage app. Also when you click support in the app all I get is "Something Went Wrong". Such a waste to have a non-functional app
