I can't seem to connect it to the app, any help?

The worst app Ever. The watch cannot give a proper heart rate. Ran 5k heart rate at 103 sat on the sofa heart rate was 90. I took the watch off and it gave heart rate 84. On the day of 5k run my calories was 300 for full day. Not a cheap watch. Totally shocking how bad this it.
