Love the concept and the service, hate the app. I had my first ever Blo Bar appointment yesterday and loved it. Installed the app as I was excited to book another appointment. Had issues clicking 'back' on several pages. Then I tried to book my appointment, and all I got was error messages! Not much good if you can't book an actual appointment, is it?

worked fine until the last android update and now I cant book a time on the app. i cant even see times available. It says the app is for an older version and may not work properly ... please fix this. I have tried reinstalling and that didn't work. What a waste. Now the app is useless and I have to book though website.

Use this primarily to find locations when traveling out town. I wish I was able to select my stylist in the appointment screen (you're only able to select appointment times). That's the only reason I never book through the app.

I can see real time available appointments for the location i go to, but it doesn't let me book one from the app. Since I installed the app that function has never work and the haven't updated the app...
