Scooter barely worked when it did finally start i couldn't stop the transaction. Very disappointing and will be calling my bank to report as fraud

App is super glitchy. I took the scooter back to the desegnated area and clicked the button for finish the ride. The app said I was not in the desegnated area and gave me a map showing where I need to be... I was right in the middle of where I need to be.. I have been trying to exit out of the stupid thing for over an hour and it wont let me off and keeps the clock running on me. Tried turning my phone off and on again, now I am re-installing the app. Great idea, terrible execution.

great idea I see scooters all around town now, however the app is a little buggy when it comes tk signing up, and i have a recent phone (google pixel 3) once i notice the bug is fixed i will for sure rate it higher!

They took money out of my account despite my card being blocked from purchases and was turned off. Super sketchy.

- Have fun and enjoy the ride
- When you're done, park the scooter in the designated parking zone so you can end your ride
- Open your App and Park your scooter to end your ride
