Update 5/28/21: works again & I love it! Thank you! This was a great app, but the app won't open any longer. I even emailed them on May 3rd and they replied that the matter had been escalated and someone from tech support would contact me when the matter is resolved. I'm thankful that I can still use their website as it does save me quite a bit of money on several prescriptions. Just wish the app would work again soon and that they'd respond to all the folks that are having the same issue.

Initially worked fine now the log in screen doesn't work. Im not sure if it's a problem on my end but all I'm asked to do is enter my name and password, but then nothing happens when I hit "sign in".

Good prices but terrible service. I got birth control here, but I would be charged in advance before it was time for refills. I tried to switch my pill and use my fsa account but the doctor declined me. I have to use nurx which is expensive af but at least the doctor there got me on a different medication instead of just outright denying me.

For the last week or so the app won't open. Just shows a white screen with Blink Health in red letters on it. Then a box comes up that says either Close App, or Submit Feedback.....which I did both with no luck. So I called customer support and they were not able to help me either. I've never had any problems before and I have always been happy with the app and their service. Any feedback or help would be greatly appreciated! I am getting really frustrated. Thanks.

Excellent company with great prices and benefits. Only complaint I have, is the Website is easier to use than the App. There are bugs that need to be worked out, but all in all, the best!
