If you place an order and f it gets delayed you can not call the helpline to know the status as they don't have a record of the app orders. I have made 4 calls just to track my order. Do not recommend using this app better you use their website.

Horrible, and non sense, it says 45 min delivery and is delivered in 2 hours with cold food whereas the house was just 5 min drive. After several calls, they just do nothing, pathetic service, not recommended
