Tried it on 3 different android devices. It obviously was not tested on Android. It crashed at every turn on every device. video crashed 100% of the time. too many obcious bugs to count. I contacted support and my salesman with Blast onoy to be informed that they dont focus on Android "they are an apple shop". I think the fact that they advertise it being compatible with Android falsely reflects on the company as a whole. Currently trying to get a refund.

App doesn't consistently connect on my Android phone. Also, videos fail to upload to the Blast Connect cloud. Yes, I am on wi-fi, connected to Bluetooth and have full charge on the Blast sensor. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and lost all previously recorded videos because they fail to upload to the cloud. You've got work to do Blast.

As many have already stated - this app is useless for android and amounts to nothing more than false and deceptive advertising. Video does not work - ever. Attempting to capture/exit a video crashes the app, simply deleting an errant swing will crash the app, etc., plus there are many features/metrics inexplicably missing from the app vs the ios version. Bottom line, only buy this if you have an ipad or an iphone, otherwise you're simply throwing $$$ away. (Tested on stock pixel 3xl and 2xl)

Horrible UX - Not support swipe prev/next swing detail page, so need to go back swing list page and the scroll position is reset (go to top) - Progress page shows one of metric info with graph, I don't think it is worth to display it. Each metric info can be swipe and once open swing list with the one of the metric info, UI does not support swipe, so it is hard to check other metric from the page - Swing detail page consists of swing video (video capture function is very GOOD) and several metric in portrait mode, but video can't be played as-is, it changes landscape mode and there is no back button. If you use software based back/home button device, it is too annoying. - some page has back button at top left of the page, and sometimes it does not sync with device's back button (so sometimes app is closed) - I'm in trial for full metric so trying to upload video to cloud system. At cloud page has media library page but the videos are sorted by "Uploaded" date not "Captured", so they are messed. - Cloud site is also horrible UX, so I will not continue the subscription once the trial period finished. - App crashes when I try to edit bat name, and lack of bat list. - At swing video page, up to 4 metric is displayed but can't choice by myself The sensor device is disconnected easily with smartphone. It is OK because the sensor stores several swing info and can sync with smartphone later. But re-connection process is too bad.

App overall has been great for helping son develop and improve his swing. Latest Update (4/14/23) trying to upload 76 swings and the app hangs. Left it running and it's still trying to upload the 76 new swings, plus the 2500+ swings that were already stored. Literally let it run overnight and won't finish upload. Months of swing data is now a mess, showing he had 100 swings yesterday and currently 950 swings at 7am today. So frustrating.

Been using the Blast sensor for about two months and works well on Android. Still has a few functions unavailable on Android that work fine on crApple. Need another update or two. A few added videos with explanations of each category would be amazing.
