Need a feature to talk to customer help or rider. Track feature doesn't show drivers real current location. Sometimes when food is delayed, no way to check when it will really come.

Awesome. Black sheep restaurants are really delicious. But, I only noticed they have a food delivery service when a driver road past my area. Nothing fancy like driver tracking, a few restaurants (for my area) but food is really good, a lot of flavor, food has photos, simple ordering process, no crazy push notifications. Food came faster then expected. Keep it up.

No updates on delivery status and missed an order and didn't even find out before called upon. Followed up with damage control, appreciated
