The app is down a lot and the resturants may not show up. It's also hard to place orders when the resturants do show up. Hopefully they can update the app and it works properly, I would love to support them

The app says not open for service. However, right now the time is within the hours listed. I'm on android and just downloaded it. Help?

***UPDATE 4/2/21*** After receiving a response to my review from BAM support that the app has been fixed; I downloaded the app and put in my information, only to be told "BAM doesn't service your area." I'm in Upper Darby, 3 blocks from 69th & Market, 9 blocks from 63rd and Market. Guess it'll be a little longer before I can support BAM and BOBs. I just downloaded the app and have been trying to place an order since 3:30pm with no luck. Very disappointed that I can't place my first order. ☹️

I love the idea and would love to support but the app just doesn't work for me. It gets stuck at loading the cart. I can select a restaurant and order items but when I hit the button to go to the cart, it just sits on the loading cart screen. I've read other reviews and see that it's not an isolated issue. I've Uninstaller and reinstalled app several times on several devices. I contacted support but and was told they would notify the developer. I'll keep checking back to see if it's resolve.

Ordered from this app a couple of times. The 1st time it took 3 hours to have my food delivered. I still waited because I ordered early in the day for dinner. The next few times the service/delivery was perfect (except the one time my order was all pused to the side of the containers because of the way the delivery person rode with it on his bike) The last 3 times I tried to order the screen gets stuck on 'loading your cart' I've uninstalled and re-installed the app twice. Still no change.

How it Works:

1. Down­load our app 'Black and Mo­bile'

2. Browse through a se­lec­tion of Black-Owned Busi­ness­es in your area

3. Se­lect a busi­ness and choose which food you would like to eat

4. Place your or­der

5. A mes­sen­ger will pick up from the restau­rant and drop it off at your door


*Black and Mo­bile only de­liv­ers with­in a six mile ra­dius from the restau­rant! This means that if you are 6.1 miles from the restau­rant, we have the right to re­fund you for your or­der. *In some cas­es, we may take or­ders over the six-mile thresh­old.


*There is a $10 min­i­mum to place an order.


When se­lect­ing food, items may have op­tions to se­lect from like sides, top­pings or more. Please se­lect the amount stat­ed that are avail­able to choose from.


All sup­port­ers will re­ceive a live track­ing link so they can watch their or­ders in real-time from the time of the pick up to your front door. Use our track­ing sys­tem to know ex­act­ly when the dri­ver will ar­rive to your door! With text mes­sage no­ti­fi­ca­tions, the abil­i­ty to call and text the dri­ver, and with our team watch­ing over the route in real-time, we en­sure that your food will get to your door safe­ly and in a time­ly man­ner.
