Great app

GPS tracking ground to a halt. Hasn't bothered to fix itself. When it did work was so slow it was rendered irrelevant. This app needs some work.

Installed App, went to book taxi,entered all details, had to register, then when finally tap Confirm, the app tells me it doesn't cover my area ( a large regional city). Thanks for wasting my time. Perhaps the app should be called "(Mostly) Australia Wide Taxi" and list cities it actually does cover. It would also be nice that as soon as you entered your location the app would tell you it doesn't serve your area. Please fix.

A couple of times I've booked and received notice that my cab is on the way but when I tap on the booking nothing is there. It's a good principle but needs work.

Went through the whole process, signing up and entering a location, entering notes for the driver etc. Only to be told that digital bookings are not available in my area.
