Not very helpful for scheduling appointments. You can send in a request for a date & time but it doesn't show appointment slots available. You just send in a request without knowing if there's even availability that day. So then you have to wait for the clinic to message you back telling you when they actually have availability then go back & forth to set up an appointment. It's way quicker & easier to just call the clinic. They need to show the actual time slots for it to be useful.

Great concept, but horrible design. I've enjoyed the ability to message the office, but the window to type is super tiny and impossible to view as you type. The medical records tool is lacking terribly in information. It could be dependent on each office's procedures, but it would be so helpful to have access to the doctors notes, not just a vaccination schedule.

Had an issue with app never opening so I emailed them. Got an immediate response and were continuously kept in the loop of what they were doing and what I should do. Always super pleasant and always responding. Love the app too!!

I love being able to communicate with a real person through the chat feature to schedule appointments and ask questions when something comes up! UPDATE: After the last update for the app it deleted my information and I had to recreate an account losing previous information. Previous rating 5 stars. 3 stars due to troubleshooting issues.

When I open the App it keeps asking for a pin. When I put one pin in it says it's incorrect. When I put another in it prompts me again. I never signed up with a pin when I created the account. I cannot get to login screen without deleting and installing app each time I open it. UPDATE: PetPro followed up immediately. I'm now able to use the app without any issues! To be fair the problem could have been my phone. Thank you PPC!

Too slow to load. Takes forever to actually get into the app. Then navigation is also slow and clunky. Love the idea of being able to order refills of my dog's meds without calling in but it takes too long to do it in the app
