App sucks. I would NOT recommend using this company at all. Unless you like being stranded or waiting 3 to 6 hours after your appt to get picked up. Drivers are friendly, it's not their fault. Some have told me the boss will double book them. For example he will book the same driver to pick up so.eone in Albany and gloversville at the same time. No wonder they have made my family so late for Dr appts that the Dr won't see us.3 times waited over 5 hrs for ride home and no-one ever showed.

I was told that I could cancel a trip on the app but I can't find out how to do it.I love A&D though all the drivers are really great.So what if I get dropped off early at my appt. or have to get picked up from home early so it helps someone else get to their appt on time.Its a free ride.I'm fortunate to be able to get to my appts :)
