Very bad experience with verma travels, they are unprofessional. I booked ticket but in last moment bus is cancelled by operater, but i didn't receive any refund . They are also not attending my call , very bad , cheap travels

Very bad experience I will give zero star on verma travels They changed charged volvo multiexel fare & they changed bus normal sleeper instead of volvo, & not ready to give any refund on this blunder
