Booked for my mother through Authorised agent but with given tracking link through SMS it's not working at all and in installed app no provision to enter pnr details or bus number and track bus... Track system not working at all. All the efforts fail.. at last I need to call mother or bus driver to know location and where they reached... Kindly technical team take care of it and make user friendly.

Traveling by suguma travels route number-11 (KA51AC5463) bangaluru-chikodi was worst experience while travelling towards Belgavi on 2june 2019. Miscommunication should not be conducted. Bus should be properly cleaned . proper information should be given to passenger about the bus. Bedsheets were to much dirty.no proper management about the bus arrival. The pick up point was suddenly changed to race course.again they told that bus will come to majestic.

The worst travel booking App thus stupid update has ruined up the essence of the software and need.... it was way more user-friendly before update.....tried booking thrice for booking nothing works specially the payment gateway is so lame and dumb.... worst experience....

Worst travels.First of there website has a problem while booking tickets.The travels doesn't keep up time.Drops you somewhere away from your dropping point.
