Bus service timings are literally fooling the passengers. Do not compare the present SRS's service with their previous year service (earlier they used to be the best in the bus service).. I hope SRS can understand the usual 9 hrs journey taking 17hrs means how much mismanagement happens to the passengers.

one of the worst transport apps in the google play store when I tried to sign up was not taking the date of birth and unable to sign in i think the srs group was not interested in providing a better experience to his customers. The app providers are sleeping and not interested in clearing the glitch.

ನಾನು 22 ಫೆಬ್ರವರಿ ವಿಜಯಪುರ ನಿಂದ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಟಿಕೆಟ್ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದೆ ನಾನು ಕುಡಿದಿನಿ ಅಂತಾ ನನಗೆ ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬರಲಿಲ್ಲ ಆದ್ರೇ ನನಗೆ ಮೆದುಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಬ್ಲಡ್ ಕ್ಲಾಟ್ ಆಗಿ ಹೀಗೆ ಆಗಿದೆ ಅಂತಾ ರಿಪೋರ್ಟ್ ತೋರಿಸಿದರು ಕೂಡಾ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಬಂದರು ಆಮೇಲೆ ಬೇರೆ ಬಸ್ ನವರು ಕರೆಡ್ಕೊಂಡು ಬಂದರು. ಇವರು ನಮ್ಮ ಹೆಸರ ಮೇಲೆ ಬೇರೆ ಸೀಟು ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡು ಬರ್ತಾರೆ.
