Very Very poor service. I have booked a tkt from Basti to Varanasi. My boarding time at basti was 2:00am. I tried to reach every no. they have provided. I called each no. 20-30 times but no one taking the call. I waited there from 1:00am till 6:00am But bus has not reported. This is pure case of online booking scam. Do not take Shri Krishna Rath Bus..they are not providing services.Very Very bad service. Online tracking also not provided.Do not book the ticket or else you will loose your money.

This bus operator is running a SCAM. I booked a ticket a month back but bus was cancelled by the operator. But they are not giving the refund amount back. All reviews here are completely fake. Do not use this bus operator if you don't want to waste your money. Any other operator's will be much better than this for sure.
