The only reason to download this app was to place a complain, but there is no 24*7 customer care service available. I have the same complain as every 2nd person who travels via Sanjay. AC never works, poorly cleaned bus, no alternative provided by bus drivers. Basically you just cheat your customers. Worst bus service ever.

Dont book ticket. When I booked seat the number of driver given me is wrong. Seats are very short Very Bad travels. Don't book .......
